A 7.3 magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of Japan’s Fukushima prefecture Saturday. The quake could be felt as far away as Tokyo and left thousands without power, but so far hasn’t resulted in a tsunami warning. It’s almost ten years since an earthquake and subsequent tsunami caused the Fukushima nuclear disaster.
